Ireland Lacrosse is seeking expressions of interest from venues for the hosting of the 2013 Celtic Cup (15-18 August 2013). The tournament is due to feature the men’s senior national teams of Ireland, Scotland, Wales and France. We are also keen to explore the possibility of inviting additional teams from the USA, Canada, the UK and elsewhere to participate in this tournament, as venue capacity and facilities may permit.
This event will also be marketed as part of The Gathering Ireland 2013 (http://www.thegatheringireland.com). All members of Ireland Lacrosse are invited to make contact with potential venues. To do so, they must identify a name and contact address, and forward this to Chief Executive Officer Michael Kennedy (mkennedy@irelandlacrosse.ie) for the issuing of a formal invitation for an expression of interest which, outlines our basic requirements.
Ireland Lacrosse is seeking to have a venue selected by the end of October 2012.
