Highlights:

Sean began his international playing career winning a gold medal with Ireland in the inaugural Celtic Cup in 2005, in Cardiff, Wales. In his first appearance, Sean scored his first ever international goal and finished the tournament with 4 points in 2 games. Since then Sean has earned 70 caps in total and has had the honour of captaining Ireland in 2007, 2016, 2017 along with  being selected as an assistant captain at both of the last two World Indoor Lacrosse Championships. Sean was on the 2012 European Championship Silver medal team.

During his international career has played nearly every position for Ireland and Sean has scored 48 goals and 36 assists averaging 1.2 points per game.

On September 19th 2015, Sean became the first ever player to reach 50 international caps for Ireland and currently is the most capped player in Ireland Lacrosse history on 70 appearances. Sean has also captained Ireland 31 times in his international career.

Closer to home, Sean currently plays for Dublin Lacrosse Club that captured the 2017 National title for the third time in four years. Sean was also was a key member of Dublin Lacrosse’s 2013 Newtownard’s Cup win and the 2009-2010 Irish Lacrosse League championship. Sean has captained the Dublin Riggers (Indoor Lacrosse) for the past twelve years.

In 2014-15 Irish Lacrosse League season, Sean became the first player in Irish Lacrosse League history to reach career 100 points and in 2016-17 became the first player to accumulate 100 goals in the Irish Lacrosse League.
