Ireland Lacrosse is entering an era of unprecedented growth. As we prepare for major tournament cycles and expand our High Performance Pathways, we are seeking a dedicated Sponsorship & Fundraising Manager to join our High Performance Sector.
The Opportunity Reporting to the Chair of High Performance, the successful candidate will lead the acquisition of sustainable income streams. This role is critical in ensuring our senior, U20/21, U18, and Sixes teams have the resources they need to compete at the highest level internationally.
Key Focus Areas:
- Sponsorship Acquisition: Building tiered packages for corporate partners across North America and Europe.
- Donor Stewardship: Engaging our incredible alumni and “Player Patron Circle.”
- Grant Funding: Tapping into sports, heritage, and diaspora-focused foundations.
Who You Are You are a professional with a track record in sponsorship sales or nonprofit fundraising. You understand the unique landscape of US-based lacrosse and the Irish diaspora, and you have the administrative rigor to manage a global pipeline.
Compensation This role is part-time and honorarium-based. It includes a structured performance incentive model (commission on new income and renewals), rewarding the successful growth of our commercial portfolio.
