On August 4th, we told you about the letter we recieved from Minister for Sport, Michael Ring. Since then our national teams have garnered recognition from Minister for Transport, Tourism, and Sport, Leo Varadkar, An Taoseach Enda Kenny, and Uachtarán na hÉireann (President) Michael D. Higgins.
On August 14th, Ireland Lacrosse received a letter of recognition for the valiant efforts put forward by our men’s and women’s national teams from Minister for Transport, Tourism, and Sport, Leo Varadkar. This letter was accompanied with a press release on the Department of Transport, Tourism, ad Sports website.
Early last week Ireland Lacrosse and it’s national teams were honoured again with a letter from An Taoseach Enda Kenny T.D and late last week Ireland Lacrosse and it’s national teams were again honoured by a letter from Uachtarán na hÉireann (President) Michael D. Higgins.
Ireland Lacrosse would like to thank these individuals for their time in recognising our National Teams efforts during the 2012 European Championships.
